The CUNY  “All Apps EDU” Adobe Creative Cloud subscription for Faculty/Staff is expiring soon on 10/7/2024.  As per prior years, CUNY will handle the negotiation with Adobe for the academic year subscriptions during this interim period.  Users may encounter a banner indicating they are in now in Trial Mode during this phase of contract negotiation.  Current users should not be alarmed and be patient while CUNY investigates the issue to resolve it. 

 

Unfortunately, adding users to the All Apps EDU subscription may be paused as CUNY tallies the total amount of subscribers they will be paying for.  This pause for new users is undetermined at this time. If there are users who have been terminated, passed away, no longer need access, then their product rights should be removed from the Adobe Adminconsole. Please see the below link for additional details on the contract expiration phases.
