CIS will be performing maintenance on CUNY Login Multifactor Authentication (CUNY Login MFA) on Wednesday, September 18th from 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM to apply the vendor’s fix for a known issue.
- During this maintenance, users will be unable to use CUNY Login Multi-factor (MFA) to authenticate for remote access to the CUNY network or to register new authentication factors.
- Users who have already established remote access sessions with CUNY Login MFA-enabled applications prior to this maintenance will be able to continue to use their session.
- This maintenance only affects CUNY Login MFA – it does not affect CUNY Login or the MFA used access to Microsoft 365 applications and services, such as Outlook, Teams, and OneDrive.
