Accepted, Not Enrolled First-time, First-year Students, 2019 - 2023: Where Did They Go?
As discussed at the State of the College presentation (October 24, 2024), we will be launching a new Campus Pulse Survey for students. Throughout much of registration, we are asking students to evaluate their experience with various services. Below are some highlights:
ØRegistrar; Bursar; Financial Aid; Academic Advisement Center; and Welcome Center will be evaluated this year
ØDifferent services will be assessed next year – rotating each year
Ø5 questions (~ 2 minutes)
ØAnonymous
ØNovember 4 through January
ØQR Codes will appear on posters outside of offices and made available on counters/desks in each of the offices identified above
ØWe’re using social media to get the word out, but please encourage students to participate
ØValuable for assessment
ØRecommendations based on findings will inform annual planning
Also, don’t forget to check out the new Self-Study webpage, where you’ll find information on Steering Committee membership, timeline, and Standards and evidence expectations. The Steering Committee will be charged on November 13, 2024, and after that there will be a college-wide call for volunteers. More information will be forthcoming. We encourage all faculty and staff to review the MSCHE Standards for Accreditation and Requirements of Affiliation (Fourteenth Edition) and Evidence Expectations by Standard.
