Dear Faculty,
After you complete all grading for your courses, it is the right time to
- Export your Brightspace courses for reuse in the future when your old courses are no longer on the Brightspace server (the current CUNY policy is to keep a course on Brightspace for a year after you finish teaching it.)
- Export the Gradebooks and Download Assignments should a request for access to these records come in later.
