Let’s Talk Data: Retention and Graduation Rates

As a result of attending this session, attendees will be able to:

• Explain the retention and 6-year graduation rates of York’s first-time full-time students for the last five years
• Know the importance of improving retention and graduation rates for institutional success
• Identify institutions chosen by students who transfer out
• Review initiatives in place to improve retention and graduation rates
• Engage in dialogue on how faculty and staff can use these data to improve student outcomes
