• Understand the credit accumulation and course performance of first-time students by credits attempted
• Know the difference of one-semester and one-year retention rates of full-time first-time students by credits attempted
• Identify where first-year students lose credits by Pathways domain
• Locate Grade Distribution Data on the OIESP website
• Know initiatives in place to support first-year student performance
• Engage in dialogue
