Dear College Community,

Representatives from the Central Procurement Office will host a training/overview on Monday, May 19, 2025, 9:30 AM - 1:00 PM about the new procure-to-pay platform, CUNYBuy, for all York College team members. The training will be held at York College, 94-20 Guy R. Brewer Blvd, Academic Core Building - Lecture Hall 3D01, Jamaica, NY 11451.  All users (AP Analyst, AP Approvers, Buyers, Category Approvers, Creators, Department Approvers, General Receivers, Inspectors, and PO Approvers) of the new system are strongly encouraged to attend, as this is an opportunity to learn more about the solution and to ask questions.
