Dear Faculty, 

It's near the finals and course grade calculation time! If you have followed our recommended gradebook setup, sailing to the final course grades should be smooth. 

If you haven't set up the grade calculation in your course and you use weighted grading system, follow these 3 steps to let the Grade Book calculate the final course grades: 

1.                  Run the Setup Wizard on the Grades page. 

2.                  Create grading categories based on the grading policy in your syllabus. 

3.                  Link assignments, quizzes or discussion topics with their corresponding categories. 

If you haven't released the final calculated grades, follow the steps in Release Final Grades to release them to students.
