Dear Faculty and Staff of York College,
The State of New York, Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government (COELIG) requires all State employees (full- and part-time) to complete ethics training annually. In order to bring all employees of York College into compliance, we are scheduling several "Live" (via Zoom) ethics training sessions in June.
For those employees who have not completed the Comprehensive Ethics Training Course (CETC) in the past year, we have scheduled online ethics training sessions on:
• Wednesday, June 18, 2025, 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TIME HAS CHANGED

• Monday, June 23, 2025, 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. (PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TIME HAS CHANGED
FROM THE EARLIER NOTICE)
Additional training sessions will be scheduled in the coming months. These are live training sessions, and individuals who attend will be required to attend the full training and confirm their continued attendance periodically during the training.

Please note, in addition to the training sessions provided by the College, the Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government also schedules ethics training sessions that you can register for. If you choose to complete your ethics training through one of the Commission's sessions, please forward your Certificate of Completion to Ricardo Ramos, rramos3@PROTECTED, so we can give you credit for having completed training.
