Good Morning Students, Faculty, and Staff,
We are excited to announce that the college cafeteria will have a soft reopening on Monday, August 25, 2025, just in time for the start of the Fall Semester.
During the first week of operations, we will have a soft opening and offer a limited menu as our food service provider, MBJ, prepares for full operation. The limited menu will include sushi, pre-made sandwiches, salads, parfaits, and locally roasted hot coffee (not Starbucks). The full-service cafeteria, featuring grill items, a pizza station, and hot entrees, will open on September 2.
Please note that the Cardinal Café will be closed next week, starting August 25, to allow MBJ staff to concentrate on the cafeteria. Operations at the Cardinal Café will resume on September 2.
An official announcement regarding the GRAND reopening will be made shortly. We hope you enjoy the newly upgraded facility. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
