Closing Out the One York Strategic Plan
Dear York College Community,
As discussed at the September 30, 2025 Senate Plenary, the One York Strategic Plan (2020-2025) is officially closed. We are pleased to share the official close-out report that contextualizes the plan, summarizes progress, and includes data trends on the plan’s key performance indicators. The report is posted to the intranet and attached.
The Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Strategic Planning will host a Let’s Talk Data: Closing Out One York later this semester (date to be identified). We hope you can attend this hour-long session.
Next up - the 2025-2026 Strategic Planning Committee will begin its work. The Committee has been established, meetings have been scheduled, a website created to keep the College community informed, and forums are on the calendar (February 19, 2026). Please take a few moments to complete the strategic planning survey that seeks your input on what should be considered for the next plan (2026-2031).
