Rapid Response Legal Support  for the CUNY Community

 

The University launched the CUNY Immigration Assistance Project (CIAP), a rapid response legal resource for members of the CUNY  community needing emergency help around recent immigration policy changes. CUNY students and employees can request a consultation with an immigration attorney cuny.edu/ciap.  Consultations available for the following services:

• Detained student, faculty or staff

• Travelling internationally or domestically

• F1 reinstatement and visas

• Loss or change of status

• Preparing for immigration court hearings  and USCIS interviews

 

Hours of Service: Monday - Friday  9:00 am - 5:00 pm In-person and remote appointments available
