Dear Colleagues, We are seeking faculty and HEO volunteers to serve a one-year term on our Adjudication Committee, on our Appeal Committee, as a CUNY-Appointed Advisor and/or as a Presenter Advisor under CUNY’s Policy on Sexual Misconduct. These roles are central to maintaining a safe, respectful learning environment and ensuring that our procedures remain equitable for all members of our college community. The Adjudication Committee: Review evidence, hear testimony, and determine responsibility and sanctions in cases involving reports of sexual misconduct. The Appeal Committee: Review Adjudication Committee determinations at the request of one or both parties. Advisors: Relay a party’s questions to the other party or any witnesses during the hearing process. Presenters: Summarize the investigative report and ask follow-up questions of parties or witnesses during the hearing. All volunteers must complete a mandatory training before serving in any of these roles.
