Service Impact:  All Jabber, softphones  and remote phones

Impacted Locations: Onsite phones, off site softphones and remote desktop phones

Impacted Users:  On campus and remote

Start Time: 10:00pm on 12/18/25

End Time:   11:30pm on 12/18/25

York IT will be performing a network maintenance on the VoIP system starting Thursday, December 18 from 10:00 PM.

There is no anticipated service disruption as a result of this maintenance to campus telephones. 

Cisco office phones or Jabber softphone on your home network are also expected to remain uninterrupted.
