Colleagues,
I have extended the registration deadline, hoping the low response so far is because you have been super busy these first 2 weeks. Do not miss the teaching development opportunities listed in the email below!  They are top, to witness the below snapshot of feedback from 83 York faculty who completed ACUE courses and earned the national Certificate:

Colleagues,
Thanks to a grant from TMCF (Thurgood Marshall College Foundation)  we can continue our partnership with the Association of College and University Educators(ACUE) and can offer 3 ACUE faculty development opportunities this Spring 2026. Two of the courses count towards obtaining the only nationally recognized Certification in Effective Teaching. Successful completion of the Teaching with AI Quick Study series yields an ACUE Microcredential.  All courses are delivered online.  Below are links to learn more about each and to register. Do so by 2/6!

Two Courses counting towards Certification

You can take both courses below this Spring 2026.  If you do so you are two courses away from obtaining the nationally recognized Certification in Effective Teaching.  If you are one of the 20 faculty who successfully completed the Promoting Active Learning course offered in Fall 2025 you are only 1 course away from Certification.
