To support our students and ensure effective communication, we kindly ask that you:

• Update any saved contact lists, distribution lists, or communication tools to reflect the new student email format (e.g. jane.doe99@PROTECTED)
• Anticipate that some students may still be in the process of completing MFA setup or accessing their new accounts
• Allow flexibility during this transition period, especially for time-sensitive communications or assignments that rely on email access
