Annual Leave

Please note that the 2023-2027 PSC-CUNY Agreement permanently extends the deadline to December 31^st for instructional staff employees to use any accrued leave days in excess of the 45-day maximum carryover. The University will also be extending the deadline to December 31, 2026, for all other (PSC) full-time employees to use any accrued leave days in excess of their maximum carryover. Unscheduled Holidays from the time and leave year ending August 31, 2026, will not be carried over and must be used by August 31, 2026, or they will be forfeited.
