Dear Faculty and Staff, With only days remaining before the University-wide compliance training deadline on Friday, May 29, immediate action is required across all departments. York College’s current completion rates remain below University expectations, and there has been insufficient movement in recent weeks. Every supervisor and department leader must actively identify and directly follow up with outstanding employees daily until all required trainings are completed. All faculty and staff who remain non-compliant are expected to complete their required trainings before close of business on Friday. Departments must aggressively utilize CUNYfirst compliance reports, escalate outreach efforts where necessary, and ensure adjunct and part-time employees complete trainings.
