Institutional Research
The York College Annual Factbook, Fall 2023 is now available on the OIESP intranet.
The Factbook was revised to include:
- Licensing Exam Results at York College
- An expanded College Profile
- Spring Enrollment and FTE Trends
- Student Financial Aid for Undergraduate Students and Full-Time First-Time Freshmen
- Trends in Admission Type
- Trends in Applicants, Admissions, and Enrollments
- Trends in STEM (first major)
- Enrollment in Support Programs (ACE/SEEK)
- Revised Course/Section Offerings (including the numbers of linked/combined sections)
- Trends and Demographics of Staff Members
The preliminary Fall 2024 Enrollment Snapshot, which includes both demographic and academic data, is available on the web, and the Fall 2023 Enrollment Snapshot has been updated to include financial aid and student outcomes data.
The OIESP’s data dashboards were converted from Power BI to Tableau. Tableau provides a more robust end-user experience with higher quality data downloads to assist in reporting. To request access, please complete the CUNY Tableau Server Account Request Form. In addition, several dashboards were modified, while others were added.

The Research Briefs section of the OIESP intranet has been reorganized so that information is available by topic, rather than year. The reorganization is intended to facilitate access to research and data on key topics of interest.

Assessment
The 5th Annual Celebrating Assessment Event will be held on April 24, 2025.

Accreditation
York College is preparing to embark upon the multi-year period of self-assessment and evaluation essential to our continued accreditation by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. We encourage all faculty and staff to review the MSCHE Standards for Accreditation and Requirements of Affiliation (Fourteenth Edition) and Evidence Expectations by Standard. More information to follow soon!
