Dear Faculty and Staff of York College, The State of New York, Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government (COELIG) requires all State employees (full- and part-time) to complete ethics training annually. Employees must complete a "live" training once every other year, and may take an online "refresher" course during the intervening years. For more information about the online course, and to determine if you are eligible to take the refresher course in 2025, please go to Training - Legal Affairs and Labor Relations - York College . AS A REMINDER, we have scheduled an online ethics training session TODAY, on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, 3 p.m - 5 p.m. - THIS WILL BE THE LAST SESSION OFFERED FOR DECEMBER AND FOR 2025 BY THIS OFFICE. Additional training sessions will be scheduled in the coming months. These are live training sessions, and individuals who attend will be required to attend the full training and confirm their continued attendance periodically during the training. Please note, in addition to the training sessions provided by the College, the Commission on Ethics and Lobbying in Government also schedules ethics training sessions that you can register for. If you choose to complete your ethics training through one of the Commission's sessions, please forward your Certificate of Completion to Ricardo Ramos, rramos3@PROTECTED, so we can give you credit for having completed training.
