Dear Faculty and Staff,
As the College will be physically closed tomorrow, all instruction and operations will take place fully remotely. If you need to access your office computer or internal College resources, please use the GlobalProtect VPN to connect to the College network before attempting remote desktop access.
How to Access the VPN
Once connected to GlobalProtect, you may proceed to remote into your office workstation as needed.
Important Reminder for Existing VPN Users
Please be aware that the GlobalProtect agent is currently upgrading.
- After you connect, the system will automatically download and install the new version.
- During this process, your VPN session will disconnect briefly.
- Installation is typically quick.
- After the upgrade completes, please reconnect using the new version of GlobalProtect.
We recommend allowing a few extra minutes during your initial login to accommodate this automatic update.
