Dear York College Community,
CUNY takes all reports of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation seriously, including incidents involving sexual misconduct. As part of the University’s ongoing commitment to ensuring a safe, inclusive, and respectful learning and working environment, CUNY has recently implemented an enhanced case management and reporting system. This updated reporting tool streamlines the way concerns are submitted and reviewed. It is designed to strengthen transparency, improve response coordination, and ensure that individuals receive timely follow‑up and access to appropriate support resources. The system also allows CUNY to track emerging trends and strengthen prevention efforts across all campuses, including York College. We encourage any member of the York College community ( students, faculty or staff) who have experienced or witnessed discrimination, harassment, retaliation, or sexual misconduct to report the incident using the University's reporting form. Submitting a report helps ensure matters are addressed promptly and allows the University to connect individuals with available support services. As always, reports can be made regardless of when an incident occurred, and supportive measures may be available even if a person chooses not to pursue a formal complaint. - A link to the updated reporting form
