This session will provide an important overview of protections against discrimination based on actual or perceived national origin, immigration status, and citizenship status. Participants will gain a clear understanding of how the New York City Human Rights Law applies across employment, housing, and public accommodations, along with real examples of cases settled by the NYC Commission.
