As a result, some users may have difficulty accessing Microsoft-based services, including but not limited to:
- Microsoft 365 Teams and SharePoint
CUNY IT staff are actively monitoring the situation and are in contact with Microsoft. At this time, the issue is outside of CUNY’s control, and restoration timelines are dependent on Microsoft’s resolution of the outage.
