The Office of Information Technology is aware of a sporadic issue affecting incoming calls to York College telephone lines, where callers may receive a message indicating that "all circuits are busy."
Our team is actively working with our service providers, AT&T and Verizon, to investigate and resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
