Mental Health Awareness Month 2025 – Turn Awareness into Action
Mental health is finally getting the attention it deserves—and that’s a great thing. But awareness is just the first step. This May, during Mental Health Month, let’s take that awareness and turn it into real, everyday action that makes a difference—for ourselves and for the people around us.
Here are 5 things you can do right now for your mental health:
1. Get screened at mhascreening.org. It’s fast, free, and a great first step in checking in with yourself.
2. Share your mental health story. You never know who you might inspire. Every story is proof that healing and hope are possible.
3. Practice an attitude of gratitude – Even just jotting down one thing you’re thankful for each day can shift your mindset in a big way.
4. Cut back on screen time. A little news is good. Nonstop scrolling? Not so much. Give yourself a break and notice how you feel.
5. Tap into CCA@YourService – the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is here for you and your family with free, confidential support and practical assistance—whenever you need it.
CCA@YourService will be hosting complimentary webinars throughout Mental Health Awareness Month. Please register for the sessions of your choice by clicking the titles below.
